Hemisphere Properties appoints Aggarwal & Rampal as statutory auditor

Hemisphere Properties India Limited (HPIL) announced on September 11, 2025, the appointment of Aggarwal & Rampal, Chartered Accountants, as its statutory auditor for the financial year 2025-26. This appointment was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and was communicated by the office of the Comptroller & Auditor General of India.

Aggarwal & Rampal, an integrated financial services firm founded in 1981, specializes in providing bespoke solutions to investors in India and is empanelled with RBI & CAG. The firm has advised Indian clients across various sectors, including information technology, construction, real estate, FMCG, automotive, and financial services. Its expertise extends to structuring cross-border investments across international jurisdictions.

The announcement further clarified that none of the directors of HPIL are related to Aggarwal & Rampal. The company also indicated that a brief profile of the newly appointed auditors was enclosed for the information and dissemination of stakeholders.
