Gujarat Gas appoints statutory auditor for fiscal year 2025-26

Gujarat Gas Limited has informed stock exchanges of the appointment of M/s. Ashok Chhajed & Associates, Chartered Accountant, Ahmedabad, as its statutory auditors for the fiscal year 2025-26. This appointment was conveyed by the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (C&AG) via a letter dated September 11, 2025.

The appointment is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013. M/s. Ashok Chhajed & Associates will also serve as auditors for consolidated financial statements.

Remuneration and other allowances for the auditors will be regulated as per Section 142 of the Companies Act 2013 and guidelines issued by the department of company affairs. The company is required to intimate any revisions in audit fees for 2025-2026 and provide item-wise details of remuneration paid for other services and TA/DA for 2024-2025 once accounts are finalized.
