Bank of India meets with Millenium Capital

Bank of India ("the Bank") disclosed it held a one-to-one virtual meeting with a representative from Millenium Capital today, September 11, 2025. This disclosure was made pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

During the meeting, only information already available in the public domain was provided to the investor/analyst. The Bank confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information was shared.
