Wipro grants over 234,000 RSUs to employees

Wipro Limited has granted a total of 234,657 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to its identified employees. This grant, comprising ADS Restricted Stock Units under the company's Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit, and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024, became effective on September 10, 2025.

The vesting of these RSUs will adhere to the schedule approved by the nomination and remuneration committee of the board. Employees will be able to exercise these units over a period also determined by the committee. This initiative aims to incentivize and retain key talent within the organization.

The announcement was made to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited by M Sanaulla Khan, company secretary, on September 10, 2025.
