Voltamp Transformers promoter Kunjal Patel adjusts stake

Kunjal L. Patel, promoter and vice chairman – managing director of Voltamp Transformers Limited, disclosed a change in his shareholding as per Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The transaction, identified as an Open Market (Block Deal), occurred on September 09, 2025.

Prior to the acquisition, Patel held 38,23,822 shares, representing 37.7955% of the total share/voting capital. The disclosure indicates an acquisition of 7,88,686 shares, amounting to 7.7955% of the voting rights. Following this transaction, Kunjal L. Patel's total holding now stands at 30,35,136 shares, equating to 30% of the company's equity.

The equity share capital of Voltamp Transformers Limited remains at 1,01,17,120 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, aggregating to Rs. 10,11,71,200 both before and after the said acquisition. This disclosure was made to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
