TV Today Network terminates FM radio sale after buyer withdraws

T.V. Today Network Limited announced on September 10, 2025, the termination of agreements with Creative Channel Advertising and Marketing Private Limited (CCAMPL). This follows CCAMPL's communication on September 9, 2025, that it could not proceed with the previously established agreements.

The terminated agreements include a memorandum of understanding and its addendum for the proposed sale of T.V. Today Network's FM radio broadcasting operations. These operations encompass three FM radio stations located in Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata. Additionally, an advertising sales agreement and its addendum with CCAMPL have also been terminated.

This development reverses earlier intimations provided by T.V. Today Network on February 11, 2025, February 25, 2025, and March 26, 2025, regarding these agreements.
