Syrma SGS Technology secures Andhra Pradesh approval for joint venture

Syrma SGS Technology Limited announced on September 10, 2025, that the Government of Andhra Pradesh has approved proposals related to its joint venture with Shinhyup Electronics Co. Limited. This follows a joint venture agreement signed on July 15, 2025, to manufacture multi-layer Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and Copper Clad Laminates (CCL) for various electronic equipment sectors.

The approval includes the allotment of 26.70 acres of land at Menakuru Village, Naidupeta, for establishing manufacturing and R&D facilities. These facilities will produce single, multi-layer, HDI, and Flex printed circuit boards, Copper Clad Laminates, and provide Electronics Manufacturing Services. The proposed investment for these projects is approximately INR 1595 crores.

Additionally, the company will benefit from incentive packages under the Andhra Pradesh Electronics Components Manufacturing Policy (4.0) 2025-30, subject to further approval from the Government of India. Projects implemented in Andhra Pradesh are eligible for early-bird incentives and a 75% land cost subsidy under the policy.
