SIS completes Wify Technology equity acquisition

SIS Limited announced the successful acquisition of 7,830 equity shares in Installco Wify Technology Private Limited ("Wify") from existing shareholders. This transaction was completed for a total consideration of INR 4.49 crores. Each acquired equity share has a face value of INR 10/-.

This acquisition is part of a previously approved investment, disclosed on July 14, 2025, which included the acquisition of equity shares and the subscription to Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares. The overall investment aimed for SIS to achieve a total shareholding of 4.56% in Wify.
