Rishi Hiten Parikh reduces stake in Last Mile Enterprises

Rishi Hiten Parikh has disclosed the disposal of 4,293,663 shares in Last Mile Enterprises Limited through an open market transaction on September 8, 2025. This transaction falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Prior to the disposal, Parikh, along with persons acting in concert (PACs), held 94,792,780 shares, representing 27.03% of the total share/voting capital. Following the sale, their holding has decreased to 90,499,117 shares, now representing 25.81% of the total share/voting capital. The disposal itself accounted for 1.22% of the company's total share/voting capital.

Last Mile Enterprises Limited has an equity share capital of Rs. 350,692,350, comprising 350,692,350 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each. The transaction was reported to the BSE Limited, where the shares of Last Mile Enterprises are listed.
