Reliance Industries forms new wholly owned subsidiary

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) disclosed the incorporation of "Reliance Intelligence Limited" as a wholly owned subsidiary on September 9, 2025. This development follows a previous disclosure made on August 29, 2025.

The certificate of incorporation for the new subsidiary was received from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs via email on September 9, 2025, at 3:45 p.m. This information was provided to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).

The announcement was signed by Savithri Parekh, company secretary and compliance officer, and was also copied to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Singapore Exchange Limited.
