Promoter Kedia increases stake in Associated Alcohols & Breweries

Prasann Kumar Kedia, a promoter of Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd., has acquired an additional 450,000 shares, increasing their stake in the company. This acquisition, completed on September 4, 2025, was executed through a preferential allotment.

Prior to this transaction, Kedia held 956,200 shares, representing 5.29% of the total share and voting capital. Following the acquisition, the promoter's holding has risen to 1,406,200 shares, equivalent to 7.41% of the total share and voting capital. The total equity share capital of the company increased from 180,792,000 shares to 189,792,000 shares after the acquisition, with a face value of INR 10 each.

This disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011, and has been submitted to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
