Piramal Enterprises' group general counsel resigns

Anand Vardhan, group general counsel and a member of Piramal Enterprises' senior management personnel, has resigned to pursue external opportunities. His departure from the company is effective August 8, 2025.

Piramal Enterprises will officially relieve Vardhan from his duties at the close of business on September 29, 2025, ensuring a smooth transition.
