Oil India appoints statutory auditors for fiscal year 2025-26

Oil India Limited has announced the appointment of M/s R K P Associates, chartered accountants, and M/s Gopal Sharma & Co., chartered accountants, as its joint statutory auditors for the financial year 2025-26. The appointment was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.

The appointments were communicated via a letter from the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, dated October 9, 2025. This notification ensures compliance with regulatory mandates for public sector undertakings.
