NTPC reappoints statutory auditors for fiscal year 2025-26

NTPC Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, has disclosed the appointment of its joint statutory auditors for the fiscal year 2025-26. The Comptroller & Auditor General of India, through a letter dated September 10, 2025, confirmed the reappointment of the same six firms of chartered accountants that served for the fiscal years 2023-24 and 2024-25.

The appointed firms include M/s. Vinod Kumar & Associates and M/s. Goyal Parul & Co., both based in New Delhi; M/s. M.C. Bhandari & Co. from Hyderabad; M/s. JKSS & Associates from Jaipur; M/s. Agasti & Associates from Bhubaneshwar; and M/s. S.N. Kapur & Associates from Kanpur.
