Linde India divests stake in FP Solar Shakti

Linde India Limited has confirmed the divestment of its investment in FP Solar Shakti Private Limited. The company transferred 1,650,465 equity shares, representing an 18.29% stake, to Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited for a consideration of Rs. 47,879,989.65. This transaction follows the termination of the Power Purchase Agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement.

This divestment relates to an earlier announcement dated March 20, 2023, regarding Linde India's subscription of these equity shares at a face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the same total sum. The company has requested that this information be disseminated to its members and investors.
