Laxmi Organic secures five-year global sourcing deal with Hitachi Energy

Laxmi Organic Industries Limited disclosed on September 10, 2025, that it has entered into a global sourcing agreement with Hitachi Energy Limited, Zurich, Switzerland. The agreement, dated September 9, 2025, is for the supply of an eco-efficient gas used in Hitachi Energy's SF6-free high-voltage switchgear portfolio and has a duration of five years.

The contract, awarded by an international entity, involves broad commercial consideration. While the overall size cannot be precisely determined, Laxmi Organic Industries' total capital expenditure commitment under this contract is approximately ₹ 75 crores.

The company confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group/group companies have any interest in Hitachi Energy Limited, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions, being conducted at "arm's length." This disclosure was made in accordance with SEBI regulations.
