Kwality Pharmaceuticals bolsters board with key director reappointments

Kwality Pharmaceuticals Limited announced the regularization and reappointment of several directors at its 42nd Annual General Meeting held on September 09, 2025. Vinod Kumar Sharma was regularized as a non-executive independent director for a five-year term, effective from July 26, 2025, to July 25, 2030.

The company also reappointed Ramesh Arora as managing director, and Ajay Kumar Arora, Anju Arora, and Geeta Arora as whole time directors. These reappointments are for a five-year period, from January 16, 2026, to January 15, 2031. Additionally, Kartik Kapur was reappointed as an independent director for a similar term.

These strategic board movements are aimed at strengthening the company's leadership and ensuring continued governance in line with SEBI regulations.
