Jaiprakash Power Ventures independent director resigns from board

Anupam Lal Das has resigned as an independent director from the board of Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited, effective September 10, 2025. The resignation, communicated via a letter on that date, cites "increasing preoccupation with other professional commitments" as the reason for his departure.

Consequently, Das has also stepped down from all board committees where he served, including the corporate social responsibility committee as chairman and the nomination and remuneration committee as member. His resignation letter explicitly confirms no other material reasons behind his decision apart from those stated.

This change in board composition was formally intimated to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited on September 10, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
