Insolation Energy promoter group increases stake

Vikas Jain HUF, part of the promoter group of Insolation Energy Limited, has increased its stake in the company. On September 9, 2025, Vikas Jain HUF acquired 3,500 equity shares via open market purchase, according to disclosures made under SEBI Regulations.

This acquisition boosted Vikas Jain HUF's total holding from 94,100 shares (0.0427% of the total voting capital) to 97,600 shares, representing 0.0443% of Insolation Energy's total voting capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains at INR 22,03,43,000, comprising 22,03,43,000 equity shares of INR 1 each.
