Independent director resigns from RDB Infrastructure and Power

RDB Infrastructure and Power Limited, formerly RDB Realty & Infrastructure Limited, announced the resignation of Samprati Kamdar from his position as an independent director, effective at the close of business hours on September 10, 2025. Following his resignation, Kamdar will also cease to be a member of the audit committee, nomination and remuneration committee, and corporate social responsibility committee of the board.

Kamdar cited personal commitments and preoccupation with other responsibilities as the reasons for his departure. He confirmed there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated in his letter.

During his tenure, Kamdar held directorships in RDB Real Estate Constructions Limited, BFM Industries Limited, and NTC Industries Limited. He also served on the audit committee for BFM Industries Limited and RDB Real Estate Constructions Limited, the stakeholder relationship committee for BFM Industries Limited, and the nomination and remuneration committee for BFM Industries Limited.
