Hero MotoCorp passes full GST 2.0 benefits to customers

Hero MotoCorp, the world's largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, announced on September 10, 2025, that it is passing the full benefit of the next-gen GST 2.0 reforms directly to its customers, effective September 22, 2025. This move aims to enhance accessibility, affordability, and mobility, particularly in rural and semi-urban regions, and for the lower-middle-class segment.

Customers can expect price benefits of up to ₹15,743 on select models (ex-showroom Delhi). Key models such as the Karizma 210 will see a benefit of up to ₹15,743, the Xtreme 250R up to ₹14,055, and the Xpulse 210 up to ₹14,516. Scooter models like the Destini 125 will receive up to ₹7,197 in benefits, and the Xoom 160 up to ₹11,602.

Other models benefiting include the Splendor+ (up to ₹6,820), Glamour X (up to ₹7,813), and Pleasure+ (up to ₹6,417). chief executive Vikram Kasbekar stated that this initiative aligns with the government's GST 2.0 reforms, boosting consumption and supporting India's economic growth.
