Happy Forgings to host investor roadshow in Mumbai

Happy Forgings Limited will participate in a Non-Deal Roadshow (NDR) for investors on September 17th and 18th, 2025. The meetings, organized by ICICI Securities, will consist of 1x1 and group interactions held in Mumbai, commencing at 9:00 am onwards.

Discussions during the roadshow will be based on publicly available information, and no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) is intended to be discussed. Happy Forgings also noted that changes to the schedule might occur due to exigencies on the part of participants or the company.
