Blue Cloud Softech Solutions to acquire 3P Vision for defense AI

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) announced on September 10, 2025, the signing of a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire 3P Vision, a defense technology company. The acquisition aims to strengthen BCSSL's AI-driven defense capabilities by integrating 3P Vision's expertise in AI, drones, and integrated surveillance systems. This strategic move is expected to enhance India's defense and national security technology landscape.

3P Vision's solutions, already successfully deployed, include AI-enabled surveillance cameras, autonomous drones with payload delivery, multi-sensor integration, and tethered drone technology for mission continuity in complex environments. This acquisition will bring together artificial intelligence, robotics, and drone technology to create a next-generation integrated defense ecosystem.

Janaki Yarlagadda, chairman of BCSSL, stated that the LOI with 3P Vision is a decisive step towards building a self-reliant, AI-powered national security framework. The partnership is anticipated to redefine defense technology by reducing manpower needs, accelerating response times, and strengthening the protection of critical national assets.
