Ayushi Doshi increases stake in Shalibhadra Finance

Ayushi Doshi, identified as an acquirer and part of the promoter group, has increased her holding in Shalibhadra Finance Limited through an open market acquisition. The transaction, dated September 10, 2025, involved the acquisition of 3,800 shares carrying voting rights.

Prior to this acquisition, Ayushi Doshi held 274,666 shares, representing 0.89% of the total share/voting capital. Following the acquisition, her holding increased to 278,466 shares, now constituting 0.90% of the total share/voting capital. The total equity share capital and total diluted share/voting capital of Shalibhadra Finance Limited remains at INR 30,88,84,000 before and after the said acquisition.
