AYM Syntex establishes new US subsidiary, Innovative Yarns LLC

AYM Syntex Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named "Innovative Yarns LLC" in the United States of America. The subsidiary was established on September 9, 2025, in the State of Delaware, with confirmation received by AYM Syntex on September 10, 2025.

Innovative Yarns LLC, which will be 100% owned by AYM Syntex Limited, is yet to commence business operations and therefore has nil turnover. The initial capital for the subsidiary will be provided in cash.

The new entity will operate in the textiles and apparels industry and is being incorporated to engage in the trading of textile products, including yarns, fibers, and allied items. As a wholly owned subsidiary, Innovative Yarns LLC will be a related party of AYM Syntex and its subsidiaries.
