Arihant Capital sees PAT dip despite income growth in FY25

Arihant Capital Markets Limited reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹5,298.42 Lacs for the fiscal year 2024-25, down from ₹6,583.51 Lacs in the previous year. The company's net worth grew to ₹33,930.63 Lacs from ₹28,313.01 Lacs in FY 2023-24. Total income for the year stood at ₹24,204.75 Lacs, compared to ₹22,936.74 Lacs in the prior period.

The company's basic earnings per share for FY 2024-25 were ₹5.09, with diluted earnings per share at ₹4.86. A final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, will be proposed at the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 27, 2025.

The board of directors approved the Integrated Annual Report and financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, on May 10, 2025.
