Angel One board to meet for financial results, trading window to close

Angel One Limited has announced that its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, with limited review, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Angel One has also declared the closure of the trading window for its equity shares. The trading window will be closed from October 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
