Ajanta Pharma promoter Agrawal releases significant share pledge

Ravi Agrawal, a promoter and trustee of Ravi Agrawal Trust for Ajanta Pharma Limited, has announced the release of a pledge on 130,000 shares of the company. This action, reported on September 8, 2025, to both BSE and NSE, was undertaken for "re-financing" purposes.

Following the release, the total encumbered shares held by Ravi P Agrawal, trustee Ravi Agrawal Trust, now stand at 5,877,642, representing 4.70% of the total share capital, down from the previous 6,007,642 shares (4.81%). The shares were originally pledged with Barclays Investment and Loans (India) Private Limited.
