Action Construction Equipment Limited (ACE) has successfully liquidated its non-operating overseas subsidiary, SC Forma SA, located in Botosani, Romania. The liquidation was completed with consideration received on September 3, 2025, and is a strategic move to streamline the company's group structure.

SC Forma SA, which was acquired earlier, had no turnover for the period ended December 31, 2024. Its net worth as of December 31, 2024, was Rs. 15.18 Crore, representing a negligible percentage. The company received Rs. 14.34 Crore as consideration from this voluntary liquidation.

This announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/POD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
