Wardwizard Innovations promoter pledges shares for financing

Yatin Sanjay Gupte, a promoter of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, has created a pledge over 4.9 million equity shares of the company. This move, executed on September 3, 2025, represents 1.88% of the total share and voting capital.

The pledge was made in favor of JJ Fincap Private Limited to secure financial assistance under a financing/credit facility agreement.

Prior to this transaction, Yatin Sanjay Gupte held 18.63% of the shares carrying voting rights, while shares in the nature of encumbrance stood at 10.86%. Following the pledge creation, the promoter's encumbered shares increased to 12.74% of the total share and voting capital.

The disclosure was made to BSE Limited, fulfilling the requirements of Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
