Waaree RTL wins major solar EPC and O&M contract

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has been awarded a Letter of Award for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of an 870 MWac/1218 MWp Grid Connected Ground Mount Solar Power Project. The project scope includes a 33kV/400kV Substation and transmission line works, along with two years of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services.

The contract, awarded by Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited, a subsidiary of the holding company, is valued at approximately INR 1,252.43 Cr. This domestic commercial order is expected to be completed in the financial year 2026-27, subject to necessary statutory approvals.

The aggregate order size represents a substantial addition to Waaree RTL's project pipeline. The company received intimation of this award on September 9, 2025.
