Valor Estate promoter releases significant pledged shares

Neelkamal Tower Construction LLP, a promoter of Valor Estate Limited, disclosed the release of 15,000,000 equity shares previously pledged with Catalyst Trusteeship Ltd. These shares, representing 2.78% of Valor Estate's total share capital, were released on September 3, 2025, following the full repayment of a financial facility availed from Capri Global Capital Ltd.

Prior to this release, Neelkamal Tower Construction LLP held 12.39% of Valor Estate's total share capital, with 10.53% already encumbered. The post-event holding of encumbered shares for Neelkamal Tower Construction LLP now stands at 41,804,338, representing 7.75% of the total share capital.
