State Trading Corporation board to meet on September 17 for Q1 and full-year results

The State Trading Corporation of India Limited (STC) announced its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering, approving, and taking on record the consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Additionally, the board will review standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results (limited reviewed) for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025.

In accordance with a prior notice dated June 27, 2025, the trading window for STC shares will remain closed.
