Shree Ganesh Remedies holds 30th annual general meeting

Shree Ganesh Remedies Limited announced the proceedings of its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on Tuesday, September 09, 2025. The meeting, conducted via video conferencing (VC)/other audio-visual means (OAVM), concluded at 11:50 a.m. Shareholders adopted the audited financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, including reports from the board of directors and auditors.

Key resolutions included the re-appointment of Mr. Parth Chandulal Kothia and the approval of M/s. Prachi Bansal & Associates as secretarial auditors for five consecutive years. Additionally, the remuneration of cost auditors was ratified.

A special resolution was passed to approve the appointment of Ms. Shruti Sohane as an independent director. CS Vishal Thawani was appointed as scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process, which ran from September 06, 2025, to September 08, 2025. Detailed voting results will be submitted separately as per SEBI LODR Regulations.
