Shankara Building Products demerger scheme becomes effective

Shankara Building Products Limited confirmed that its scheme of arrangement with Shankara Buildpro Limited became effective on September 9, 2025. This follows the filing of Form INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, on the same date.

The scheme's appointed date is April 1, 2024. The company will announce a record date in due course to determine the eligible shareholders who will receive equity shares of Shankara Buildpro Limited.

This announcement is a continuation of a letter dated September 1, 2025, and serves as compliance under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
