Royal Enfield slashes 350cc motorcycle prices by up to ₹22,000 after GST cut

Royal Enfield, a division of Eicher Motors Limited, announced on September 9, 2025, that it will pass the full benefit of GST rate reduction to its customers across its motorcycle business, service, apparel, and accessories range. This move follows recent reforms introduced by the GST Council.

The price reduction will make Royal Enfield's entire 350cc range more accessible, with reductions of up to ₹22,000. Motorcycles with the new pricing will be available to customers starting September 22, 2025. For models above 350cc, prices will adjust according to new GST rates.

B Govindarajan, managing director of Eicher Motors Ltd., and chief executive officer of Royal Enfield, stated that this reform will not only make motorcycles under 350cc more accessible but also excite first-time buyers. He highlighted that the 350cc segment delivers a balance of heritage, performance, and reliability, which will be even more appealing with reduced prices, furthering the company's aim to offer a pure motorcycling experience.

Royal Enfield operates over 2,000 stores in India and nearly 850 stores in more than 60 countries. The company has two world-class technical centres in Bruntingthorpe, UK, and Chennai, India, and two state-of-the-art production facilities near Chennai. Additionally, Royal Enfield has six modern CKD assembly facilities globally, including in Bangladesh, Nepal, Brazil, Thailand, Argentina, and Colombia.
