Rashi Peripherals concludes 36th annual general meeting

Rashi Peripherals Limited (RPTECH) held its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting, chaired by Krishna Kumar Choudhary, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, along with the respective reports. A dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, was also declared.

Key appointments included the re-appointment of Keshav Krishna Kumar Choudhary as a director, and the re-appointment of Krishna Kumar Choudhary as chairman & whole-time director, along with Sureshkumar Pansari as vice-chairman & whole-time director, both with remuneration. The continuation of Yazdi Dandiwala as a non-executive independent director beyond the age of 75 was also approved.

The company also approved the appointment of a secretarial auditor for a five-year term and fixed their remuneration. The AGM concluded following a question and answer session with the chief financial officer, Himanshu Kumar Shah.
