K.P. Energy Limited will hold its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. IST via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means. Electronic copies of the AGM notice and the Annual Report for FY 2024-25 have been distributed via email to shareholders whose addresses are registered with the company or its agents.

For shareholders whose email addresses are not registered, K.P. Energy has provided web-links to access the Annual Report and other relevant documents.
