Insolation Energy expands solar footprint with three new SPVs

Insolation Energy Limited announced on September 9, 2025, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated three new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries: PED Green Infra One Private Limited, JRD Green Infra One Private Limited, and MVS Green Infra One Private Limited. These entities are established as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) to develop solar power plants.

Each SPV is incorporated with an authorized share capital of INR 1,00,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each. Insolation Green Energy Private Limited has subscribed to 100% of the equity shares of each SPV. These newly formed companies will focus on the development, erection, installation, construction, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy power plants, including rooftop solar (RTS) photovoltaic power projects.

The incorporation of these SPVs, which are classified as related party transactions, is expected to enhance Insolation Energy's capacity in the solar industry.
