Gopal Snacks expands manufacturing with new third-party facilities in Karnataka, Uttarakhand

Gopal Snacks Limited has entered into long-term agreements for third-party manufacturing facilities in Hiryur, Karnataka, and Kashipur, Uttarakhand. These facilities are set to enhance the company's market penetration and strengthen its distribution network across both southern and northern regions of India.

The Hiryur plant in Karnataka boasts an installed capacity of 4,400 MTPA, specializing in wafers, snack pellets, and corn products, with an operational strategy focused on strengthening presence in the south. The Kashipur plant in Uttarakhand will have an installed capacity of 5,900 MTPA and will produce namkeen (including gathiya), snack pellets, and corn products, aiming to strengthen presence in the north.

According to Bipin Hadvani, chairman, these strategic partnerships are a significant step towards building a more flexible supply chain, ensuring high-quality products, and creating long-term value for stakeholders.
