Fortis Healthcare appoints Dr. Keith Lim to board, Tomo Nagahiro resigns

Fortis Healthcare Limited has announced the appointment of Dr. Keith Hsiu Chin Lim as an additional director (non-executive & non-independent) to its board, effective September 9, 2025. The appointment was approved via a circular resolution by the board of directors on the same date, following a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee. Dr. Lim is recognized for his extensive experience as group chief medical officer at IHH Healthcare and his prior role as group chief value officer at National University Health System (NUHS).

Concurrently, Tomo Nagahiro has resigned from his position as a non-executive & non-independent director of the company, effective September 9, 2025 (close of business hours), citing other commitments and responsibilities. Dr. Lim, with over 20 years of experience as a radiation oncologist, has made significant academic contributions, previously serving as assistant dean at the NUS School of Medicine, and has secured over S$2.5 million in research funding. His accolades include Singapore's National Medical Excellence Award.

Dr. Lim is not related to any of the directors of Fortis Healthcare. However, he is among the nominee directors of Northern TK Venture Pte. Ltd, along with Dr. Prem Kumar Nair, Dilip Kadambi, Tomo Nagahiro, Ashok Pandit, and Lim Tsin Lin.
