Ethos schedules investor meetings at Gurugram store

Ethos announced an upcoming schedule of analyst and institutional investor meetings, as communicated by company secretary and compliance officer Shubham Kandhway. The interaction is planned for Sunday, September 14, 2025, with two time slots: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM.

The meetings will take the form of a store visit organized by Jefferies at the "City of Time" store, located on the Ground Floor, Emaar Capital Tower II, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, Sikanderpur, Sector 26, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. Ethos clarified that discussions will be based on publicly available information, ensuring no unpublished price-sensitive information will be disclosed.

This intimation is submitted to the exchanges pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. The company also noted that changes to the schedule might occur due to exigencies on the part of participants or the company.
