EPL shareholders approve auditor and director re-appointments

EPL Limited announced the re-appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as statutory auditors for a second five-year term, effective from the conclusion of the 42nd AGM until the 47th AGM in 2030. Additionally, M/s. Dilip Bharadiya & Associates were appointed as secretarial auditors for a five-year period, covering the financial years 2025-26 through 2029-30. Both appointments were approved by shareholders at the 42nd Annual General Meeting held on September 9, 2025.

Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Amit Dixit as a director, who was eligible for re-appointment after retiring by rotation. The AGM, held via Video Conference, commenced at 11:00 a.m. (IST) and concluded at 12:20 p.m. (IST).

Voting results confirmed that all resolutions, including the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share, were passed with the requisite majority. The total number of shareholders on the record date, September 2, 2025, was 1,18,717. Remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM ensured a fair and transparent process.
