Electronics Mart India opens new Bajaj Electronics store in Andhra Pradesh

Electronics Mart India Limited began commercial operations of a new multi-brand store under the name 'Bajaj Electronics' on September 9, 2025. This expansion complies with Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.

The new store is located at Door Nos. 15/1097, 15/1098, & 15/1099, Ground and First Floors, Survey No. 642-A/3D, C. B. Road, Tadipatri, Andhra Pradesh – 515411. The operational area of the new outlet spans 6,750 square feet.

Rajiv Kumar, company secretary and compliance officer, signed the announcement from Hyderabad on September 9, 2025. The company requested this information be taken on record by both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited.
