DIC India seeks shareholder nod for new director to bolster Asia Pacific growth

Chuensiri, currently the deputy regional managing director of DIC Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, brings 30 years of leadership experience from global companies. His role will be crucial in supporting the development of a robust and sustainable structural platform to drive business growth in the Asia Pacific Region.

The e-voting process will commence on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 09:00 AM, and conclude on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 05:00 PM. Results are expected by Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The cut-off date for eligibility to vote is September 05, 2025.
