CM Airtime Promotion increases stake in Chambal Fertilisers

CM Airtime Promotion LLP announced the acquisition of 5,109 equity shares in Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd. on September 8, 2025. This transaction, executed via an open market purchase, has increased CM Airtime Promotion's aggregate shareholding in the company to 63,095 equity shares.

Before the acquisition, CM Airtime Promotion held 57,986 shares, representing 0.014% of the total voting capital. Following the purchase, their stake now stands at 0.016% of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd.'s equity share capital, which totals 400,652,297 shares.
