Anand Kumar Kedia raises stake in Associated Alcohols & Breweries

Anand Kumar Kedia, a promoter of Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd., has increased his stake in the company through a preferential allotment. The acquisition involved 450,000 shares, increasing his holding from 4.02% to 6.20% of the total share/voting capital.

Before this transaction on September 4, 2025, Kedia held 727,400 shares, representing 4.02% of the company's equity. Following the acquisition, his total shares increased to 1,177,400, bringing his post-acquisition stake to 6.20% of the total diluted share/voting capital.

The company's equity share capital before the acquisition stood at 180,792,000 equity shares of face value INR 10 each, rising to 189,792,000 equity shares of face value INR 10 each after the acquisition. The total diluted share/voting capital after the acquisition also stands at 189,792,000 equity shares of face value INR 10 each.
