Algoquant Financials: Shares released and re-pledged for fundraising

On September 8, 2025, Algoquant Financials LLP, a promoter of Algoquant Fintech Limited, disclosed a release of 27,000,000 previously encumbered equity shares, representing 0.96% of the total share capital. This action reduced the total encumbered shares held by Algoquant Financials LLP from 55,424,982 to 52,724,982. The release of encumbrance was for fundraising and occurred on September 3, 2025.

Concurrently, a new pledge of 27,000,000 equity shares (0.96% of total share capital) was created by Algoquant Financials LLP, in favor of Globe Capital Market Ltd, also for fundraising. This pledge resulted in the promoter’s total pledged shares returning to 55,424,982, representing 19.71% of the total share capital. The company clarified there was no change in the entity in whose favor shares were encumbered, with the shift pertaining only to the segment from F&O to Commodity.

The overall promoter holding in Algoquant Fintech Limited remains at 207,118,008 shares, constituting 73.68% of the total share capital. These disclosures were made as per SEBI regulations.
