ZF Steering board approves reclassification of promoter shareholdings

ZF Steering Gear (India) Limited announced on September 8, 2025, that its board of directors approved the reclassification of shareholdings for three promoters: Mrs. Amita Jinendra Munot, Mr. Piyush Jinendra Munot, and Mr. Yash Munot. This decision follows earlier requests made on August 5 and August 12, 2025, to reclassify their holdings from "promoter/promoter group" to "public shareholder(s)."

The board confirmed that the promoters met the conditions specified under Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Mrs. Amita Jinendra Munot holds 147,215 equity shares (1.62% of shareholding), Mr. Piyush Jinendra Munot holds 116,235 equity shares (1.28%), and Mr. Yash Munot holds 112,350 equity shares (1.24%).

The approval is contingent upon further approval from BSE Limited (the stock exchange) and the shareholders/members of the company. The board meeting concluded on September 8, 2025.
