Yatharth hospital reports strong growth, sets 18th AGM for September 2025

Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited will convene its 18th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 12:00 Noon (IST) via Video Conferencing. The company reported a strong financial year for 2024-25, with standalone revenue increasing by 8.21% to ₹4,542.41 million and consolidated revenue rising 31.31% to ₹8,804.84 million. Consolidated profit after tax reached ₹1,305.50 million, up from ₹1,144.75 million in the previous year.

The company's expansion efforts in FY2025 included the operationalization of a 200-bed hospital in Greater Faridabad and the acquisition of two additional hospitals in Model Town, Delhi, and Sector 20, Faridabad, adding approximately 700 beds. These strategic acquisitions aim to strengthen its presence across the Delhi NCR. Average revenue per occupied bed (ARPOB) increased to ₹30,829, and network-wide occupancy improved to 61%.

The company also ratified the appointment of cost auditors for FY2025-26 with a remuneration of ₹70,000 and is proposing the re-appointment of Yatharth Tyagi as director. Shareholder e-voting for the AGM will commence on September 27, 2025, and conclude on September 29, 2025.
